Review: Jeremy Irons, over-the-top acting, and a plot that's just so-so. I'm sure some people out there really like this movie, and while it was a bit fun - nothing to write home about. The best part of the movie was how it really did feel like a wacky D&D campagin.

Review: Enjoyable watch, felt like I was watching a classic that I would be telling my future kids about. Most of the movie worked very well, it only suffered from pacing prolems and a strange combination of both lackluster and over-the-top cinematography decisions.
